This is an other version of What are you waiting for.
Something. Nothing. Better times.
That is the question.-

Lots of snow in southern Finland now. It inspirates video working :). Two small streams in a park near my home. It is snowing. Ice on the rocks.

Like a small baby is curious to all new things, a human being is born to want to see what is on the other side of "curtains", obstacles.

This video is a homage to the roots of trees. Trees are important for the whole globe and human beings. They have let grow their roots into "Mother Earth". Roots symbolize also the need of humans to be "feet in the mold", carpe diem and enjoy.
Video is a 4-parted collage and moving compositions of the beauty of roots. I have taken the shots walking barefooted with my camera in the small woods near my home in Southern Finland.-

A symbolic video performance.
You play Rock-paper-scissors with some one else with your hands
when you want to choose which one of you will do/get something.
Sometimes you play "r-p-s" with yourself.
It is not always easy to decide what to do.
To do things in a simple or in a complicated way....
It is also possible that choices are not your own but somebody else do choose instead of you.-

Sensory processing sensitivity (SPS, a personality trait, a high measure of which defines a highly sensitive person or HSP), has been described as having hypersensitivity to external stimuli, a greater depth of cognitive processing, and high emotional reactivity. The terms SPS and HSP were coined in the mid-1990s by psychologists Elaine Aron and husband Arthur Aron, with SPS being measured by Aron's Highly Sensitive Person Scale (HSPS) questionnaire. Other researchers have applied various other terms to denote this responsiveness to stimuli that is evidenced in humans and other species.[by Wikipedia)

This is a video poem called Dream of Change.
Dreaming of a change
Blue flames burning
Parts of tree disappear
A third eye grows on my forehead-

"A video poem" about the moment you realize.
A psychological process.
...........
Things unknown
were creeping into your mind
You did not know what was it about
but then - you realize-
